Steps for scanning and sending to a network folder on HP Enterprise MFPs:
Lift the scanner lid and place the document or photo you want to scan print side down on the scanner glass or face up into the automatic document feeder.
Close the scanner lid.
Touch Scan and then touch Scan to Network Folder.
Touch the Folder Path field to open the keyboard. Use the keyboard to manually enter the server and folder location.
If prompted, enter your username and password.
Enter the file name.
Touch the Options icon to configure the document settings.
Touch the Preview Area on the right side of the screen to preview the document.
Touch Send.
