Replacing an Ink Cartridge in HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 Printers | HP OfficeJet | HP


Learn how to replace an ink cartridge in HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 printers. NOTE: When removing the orange cap, turn it either clockwise OR counterclockwise.

Steps for replacing an ink cartridge in HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 printers:
Power on the printer.
Open the ink cartridge access door.
Remove the empty cartridge from the printer.
Remove a new cartridge from its package.
Pull the orange tab on the plastic to remove the packaging.
Twist the orange cap on the bottom of the cartridge counterclockwise to remove it.
Slide the new ink cartridge into the slot, then push the cartridge down until it snaps into place.
Close the ink cartridge access door.
