Steps for replacing an ink cartridge in the HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printer:
Power on the printer.
Open the ink cartridge access door.
Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before you continue.
On the cartridge that needs to be replaced, push in to release it and then pull the cartridge straight out.
Remove the cartridge from the printer.
Remove a new cartridge from its packaging.
Slide the new ink cartridge into the slot, then push the cartridge towards the rear until it snaps into place.
Close the ink cartridge access door.
