Steps for fixing an Out of Paper or Load Paper error message on the HP OfficeJet 250 All-in-One Mobile printer:
Step 1: Remove all paper from the input tray.
Examine the condition of the paper and remove any bent, torn, or wrinkled paper from the stack.
Load paper and try to print again.
Step 2: Remove all paper, and disconnect the power cord from the printer and power source.
Remove the battery cover and the battery.
Open the top cover and clean the paper pick roller with a dampened cotton swab.
Reinsert the battery and battery cover.
Plug the power cord into a wall outlet and the printer.
Load paper and try to print again.
Step 3: Contact HP if the error persists.
